What syncs with my accounting software?
The invoices, payments and expenses you record in grewray are sent to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books, so your accountant sees the same figures without anyone retyping them.
Do I have to use an accounting integration?
No. It is there if you want it. Without it, you can export your invoices and expenses at any time for your accountant.
Which payment methods can customers use?
Pay now links take online payment through a payment provider. You can also record cash, checks and bank transfers against an invoice by hand.
Can you connect a tool you do not list?
Often, yes. An integration with a tool you already rely on is on our published rate card, quoted in writing before any work starts.
